Fourier-Bessel Frames - Landau's necessary conditions
Frames are systems that provide robust, stable and usually non-unique representations of vectors. They have been a focus of research in the last two decades in applications where redundancy plays a vital and useful role, e.g. image processing and wireless communications. We will show why stable sampling is tightly related to frames and present a new result about Landau’s type necessary conditions for Fourier-Bessel Frames.
